An empowering leadership programme like no other. Providing an opportunity for a in-depth look at yourself as a leader, and a chance to develop those leadership qualities that truly make a difference. This programme is not just about the ‘doing’ of leadership, but also about the ‘being’, and the chance to hone those leadership characteristics that empower others.

For leaders at all levels, from aspiring to experienced and from team leader to CEO. This programme is inter-active, engaging and thought-provoking. Consisting of 10 half-day sessions (or 5-full day sessions) and designed specifically to provide the skills, awareness and confidence to create more empowering leaders within your business.

Duration

30 hrs (10 x half-day sessions or 5 full-day sessions)

Content

The Self-Aware Leader

The greatest leaders are also the most self-aware leaders. A lack of self-awareness in leadership can have catastrophic consequences for organisations and teams, yet self-awareness as a quality is still often over-looked. Many leaders perhaps believe themselves to already be self-aware, yet ironically, that is their very downfall. Increasing your own self-awareness as a leader is probably the most impactful thing you can do, not only for yourself but for those you lead.

For leaders at all levels, from aspiring to experienced and from team leader to CEO. This programme is inter-active, engaging and thought-provoking. Consisting of 6 half-day sessions (or 3 -full day sessions) and designed specifically to provide the self- awareness needed to lead effectively.

18hrs (6 x half-day sessions or 3 x full-day sessions)

Content

The Coaching Leader

A coaching leadership short-course helping leaders to introduce a coaching approach into their communication and conversations with staff.  Coaching is not only a communication style, but it is also a way of being, a mind-set and a culture influencing process. Learning how to use coaching as a leadership style dramatically increases the quality of influence, impact and empowerment leaders have.

For leaders at all levels, from aspiring to experienced and from team leader to CEO. This training is inter-active, engaging and thought-provoking. Consisting of 4 half-day sessions (or 2 -full day sessions) and designed specifically to provide the skills, awareness and confidence to use coaching as a leadership tool.

12hrs (4 x half-day sessions or 2 x full-day sessions)
