    A well-being programme helping to improve the overall well-being and mental health of staff members. Your people are at the heart of the success of your business. Ensuring they have ways of understanding and managing their own well-being improves the whole culture of your organisation. With the changes thrust upon all of us in recent years, there is no greater time to focus upon the well-being of your workforce.

     

    This training is inter-active, engaging and thought-provoking. Consisting of 6 half-day sessions (or 3 full-day sessions) and designed specifically to provide the understanding, awareness and confidence to enhance well-being within the workplace.

     

     

    Duration

    18hrs (6 x half-day sessions or 3 x full-day sessions)

  • Working Well From Home

    Living without a clear boundary between work and home can be heaven for some and hell for others. Learning how to work from home in a high-performing, productive way is vital for our own sense of achievement, success, and well-being, but also for the on-going growth of the whole company. There are some very simple, yet over-looked ways of enabling people to discover better ways of working from home.

     

    This training is inter-active, engaging and thought-provoking. Consisting of 6 half-day sessions (or 3 full-day sessions) and designed specifically to provide the understanding, awareness and confidence to enhance well-being within the workplace.

  • Navigating the Unknown

    Any kind of uncertainty can be tricky, emotional times for us and learning to navigate the unknown in life empowers us to feel clearer in times of ambiguity and doubt. All of us face the unknown, and some of us love it and some of us loathe it. Understanding why we struggle with the unknown, what is going on inside our heads and how we can approach it differently is vital to our sense of peace, confidence and well-being.

     

    By the end of this session you will…

    • Understand your own relationship with the unknown
    • Discover what helps and hinders you in times of uncertainty
    • Learn how to respond differently in the unknown.

  • Stop the Clock - Time Management

  •  

     

    Poor time management can negatively impact our well-being. Understanding that you can’t manage time, you can only manage yourself and the psychology of time management enables people to find better ways to relate to time. Knowing how you are wired up enables you to use your time more efficiently.

     

    By the end of this session you will…

    • Understand your own relationship with time.
    • Discover how you can finally start to own life, instead of life owning you.
    • Learn how your psychology effects your time management.
